Brief water outage May 6, 2026

You may already be aware that there was a brief water outage in the late afternoon yesterday, May 6, 2026. There was a communication problem with equipment at the well site. Upon receiving the first call from customers just before 3:00pm, Water Operators responded to the well site and got the pump running again. It took approximately 30 minutes for pressure to be restored to the system. You may notice discoloration in the water today and Water Operators are flushing the lines to eliminate the stirred up sediment. You may also notice air in the lines or slight pressure fluxuations during the flushing process but that should clear up by the end of today.
